With whatever challenges you are facing in life, help is available, and things really can get better. In my 12+ years as a licensed psychologist, I have gained experience with a wide range of clients with struggles including mood or anxiety difficulties, recovery from major stress and trauma, phase of life or adjustment challenges, and various other concerns. Although therapy is not intended as a quick fix, as making changes with a strong foundation can take some time, taking the leap into therapy can have positive impacts both in the short- and long-term.
In therapy, I will work to help you take meaningful steps toward the future you want for yourself, and to assist you in building the skills and insights that will allow you to grow and thrive in your life. I believe the most effective therapy is tailored to meet your individual needs, and delivered in an atmosphere where you feel heard and respected.

Services
Mindful Balance Emotional Health primarily offers individual psychotherapy services, with an emphasis on evidence-based therapeutic techniques. Psychological assessment services are typically focused on a diagnostic interview and goal identification for the purpose of informing psychotherapy participation.

Psychological Assessment and Individual Therapy Services
Insurance:
I am an in network provider for: Aetna, Optum, and United Healthcare.
I am also able to provide a superbill for clients who are out-of-network, as insurance benefits often cover or provide reimbursement for out-of-network services (individual plans vary).
Please be advised that insurance benefits are complex and different for each individual, thus it is ultimately the client who is responsible for ensuring that the services are covered by their benefit plan.
In addition to insurance, I also accept private pay clients. Private pay rate is $160 per session.
