I specialize in specific treatment modalities, to ensure that the therapy you receive is high-quality and focused. See below for more information about my therapeutic approach and considerations.
Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy
Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, or CBT, is an evidence-based therapy that helps people to identify, evaluate, and work to change emotions, thoughts, beliefs, and behavioral patterns that are not serving them or their goals. Some of your thoughts, beliefs and other patterns may be helpful and worth building on; some of them may be standing in your way. We would work to determine how to best support the goals and progress you want in your life.
Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy:
Is considered a first-line therapy for Anxiety, Depression, Trauma/PTSD, and other difficulties with stress and burnout
Focuses on teaching practical skills that you can use to support your wellness over the long term.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, or ACT, is an evidence-based therapy approach that helps people to work on building meaning and fulfillment in their life through a focus on values, acceptance, and psychological flexibility. With these areas of focus, clients can build mindful and nonjudgmental awareness of their thoughts, let go of unhelpful or unneeded thoughts, and focus their actions and choices on the things they value most, even if they are navigating difficult emotions.

You have a voice here, and I want to ensure that you feel empowered to use your voice in therapy.
Trauma-Informed Care can help with:
Building a relationship of trust and collaboration

Maintenance
Therapy
Change is difficult, and building consistency doesn't happen overnight. It is common for people who have been in therapy before to benefit from ongoing work to help them reinforce new skills they have learned, or to address additional issues that have arisen in life. Maintenance therapy can help you remain focused on your goals, gain valuable support, continue taking steps toward growth, and troubleshoot challenges that arise.
Maintenance therapy can help you:
